Nancy Stewart

This is another finger play created at a workshop I did for the King County Library staff in Seattle Washington. I gave staff the first line, and they developed a finger play. I then put a melody to it. Children will want to sing this several times in a row! Exaggerating the motions makes it especially fun! (indicate tiny with thumb and index finger) (hug self) (tap floor ) ( put dent arms out at side with closed fists, as if showing muscles- exaggerate!) ( shoot one hand straight up in the air) ( spiral finger down to tip of nose) (Spiral finger down to toes, singing and moving slowly )
